Achtergrond Background 背景解释 In dit hoofdstuk hoeft u niet de hele Nederlandse arbeidswet te kennen. U oefent vooral met twee vragen: wat gebeurt er nu en bij wie moet u eerst zijn? Een vraag gaat vaak over werk zoeken, een contract tekenen, werkloos worden, een uitkering krijgen of een bedrijf beginnen. Kies daarna de beste eerste stap. Lees de situatie stap voor stap: wat gebeurt er, wie is verantwoordelijk en vraagt de vraag om de eerste stap of om het eindresultaat?
This chapter does not ask you to memorise all of Dutch employment law. It trains you to decide what is happening and who you should contact first. Questions often describe looking for work, signing a contract, becoming unemployed, receiving benefits or starting a business. You then choose the most sensible first step. Read the situation step by step: what happens, who is responsible, and does the question ask for the first step or the final result?
